Do I need a login?
You can access the information on our website without logging in. However, if you want to access your account information you will need to log in with a password. In future, you may also need to log in to buy event tickets.
Our new website is integrated within the My Business website. While your user name is active across the Business Hunter, Business NSW and My Business websites, you will need to create a new password if you have not previously logged in to My Business.
By creating a login and password, you will also gain access to the services and products available to members via our wider business network, including My Business, Business NSW, Business Sydney, Business Western Sydney and Business Illawarra.
What happens if I don't create a login?
At this point in time your log in is only required on the Business Hunter site to view your account details. In future, as we transition to a new event booking platform, you may also have to log in to buy event tickets, but this is not currently required.
You will need a login to access member-only content and events on the websites of our affilliates, My Business, Business NSW, Business Sydney, Business Western Sydney and Business Illawarra.
How do I reset my password?
- Click the login tab on the top right of the page.
- Enter your email address (business user name).
- Click Forgot your password?
- A verification code will be emailed to you. Note: that verification code will come from a My Business email address.
Follow the instructions in the email

If the verification code has not arrived:
- Check your junk or spam folder;
- Wait a few minutes (but no longer than five);
- If nothing turns up in your inbox, call us for assistance on (02) 9466 4665

Why doesn't the website recognise my email?
The website will only recognise the email associated with your Business Hunter membership (your business user name).

I already have a password, what now?
Our Business Hunter website sits on a different platform to the old Hunter Business Chamber site so you need a distinct password to access Business Hunter. If you have previously created a log in for My Business, you can use that password to log in to the Business Hunter site. If not, you will need to reset your password.
